About the event
On Wednesday, February 4, the Board will meet with the Metro District’s attorney to discuss processes and procedures related to covenant changes. Because the discussion involves legal guidance, the meeting will be held in executive session and is not open to the public. As legally required, the Board is sharing notice of this executive session with the community. The information shared will help guide the Board’s work going forward.
